MARKLE, Ind., January 20, 2025 — Novae is pleased to announce the appointment of Carrie Tenney as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Tenney will lead Novae’s human resources strategy with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building a dynamic workplace culture.
Tenney joins Novae from Crane Payment Solutions, where she most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources. She brings deep expertise in organizational development, culture transformation, and leadership enablement, as well as a strong track record of aligning people strategies with business growth.
